Two days dedicated to the well-being of rhe mody and mind.

Walking outdoors, in the woods, and on the snow has beneficial effects: a slow-paced snowshoe hike is perfect for getting back in shape, stimulating endorphins, and feeling naturally happy, especially when we combined with outdoor yoga techniques, breathing excercises, and meditation, followed by moments of relaxation and well-being in the SPA of Hotellerie de Masognaz.
