Can I reach the hotel by car?

• Winter: No, during the winter season the hotel is accessible only by snowmobiles or Defenders, depending on snow conditions.
• Summer: Yes, you can drive to the hotel via a 3.5 km dirt road.

Where will I be picked up in winter to reach the hotel?
Do you have electric charging stations?

Yes. In summer, we are pleased to offer two charging stations in the Mascognaz garage.

Do you offer an airport shuttle service?

We do not have a fixed shuttle service, but we can arrange transportation upon request, with an additional charge. Flight details must be provided.

What time can I check-in?

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, you may leave your luggage at reception, have lunch, or use the wellness center from 2:00 PM.

What time is check-out?

Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Depending on availability, a late check-out can be booked for an additional fee.

Can I use the wellness center after check-out?

Yes, the wellness center can be used after check-out for an additional fee.

How far are the ski slopes?

The slopes are about 5 km from the hotel. We offer a transfer service every morning at set times, starting at 8:15 AM with a frequency of 30 minutes. We recommend booking the night before to avoid waiting.

Do you have a ski storage?

While we do not offer ski storage at the hotel, all our guests can use a free ski storage service at Tako Ski Rental.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, pets are allowed with an additional charge of €12 per night. They can access all areas of the hotel except the spa and must always be kept on a leash.

Do you have private chalets?

Hotellerie de Mascognaz is an alpine village consisting of 11 chalets. Within these, 27 rooms have been created, divided into different categories:
• Classic Double
• Prestige
• Junior Suite
• Suite
• Master Suite

Which rooms are close to the Wellness Center?

All rooms in Chalet Etre, Caleutch, and Walser have direct access to the Wellness Center. During winter, breakfast is also served in Chalet Caleutch, while in summer, you can enjoy a pleasant morning walk to the breakfast room in Chalet Lo Miete.

Which rooms are near the restaurant?

All rooms in Chalet Lo Miete, Chalet Rascard, Chalet Monte Rosa, Chalet Lo Stadel, Chalet Majon, and Chalet Lo Payé are conveniently located near the restaurant, requiring only a short walk to access the wellness area.

What are the opening hours of the wellness center?

The wellness center is open daily from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Upon request, we can also open the wellness center in the morning from 9:00 AM.

Do I need to reserve the Wellness Center?

No reservation is necessary; the wellness center is accessible during opening hours.

What facilities are available in the Wellness Center?

The wellness center features a pool, a jacuzzi, a sauna, a steam bath, and a relaxation room.

Can I use the wellness center if I am not a hotel guest?

Yes, external guests can access the wellness center from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Sunday to Thursday, by reservation.

Do you offer massages?

We offer massage services daily from 2:30 PM to 8:00 PM. We recommend booking in advance due to high demand.

How many restaurants do you have?

The hotel has two restaurants: Lo Miete and Lo Pejo. Both offer the same service and cuisine but are two separate dining rooms to accommodate all guests.

What are the restaurant opening hours?

Lo Pejo restaurant is open for lunch from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM, and dinner is available in both Lo Pejo and Lo Miete from 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM.

Do you offer vegetarian, gluten-free, or vegan options?

Yes, if dietary requirements are communicated in advance, the kitchen can prepare special alternatives. However, we do not guarantee the absence of gluten contamination, as we do not have separate preparation areas.

Do you have a laundry service?

Yes, we offer laundry and drying services for an additional charge.

Do you offer babysitting or pet-sitting services?

No, we do not currently provide babysitting or pet-sitting services.

Is there a minimum stay requirement?

A minimum stay is required during certain periods of the year. We recommend contacting us via email to check availability.

Is the hotel accessible for people with disabilities?

As it is a renovated ancient alpine village, the structure has natural architectural barriers. We have a ground-floor suite, but we recommend contacting us to find the most suitable solution for individual needs.

How can I purchase a gift voucher?

To purchase a gift voucher, please contact us via email with details on the type of voucher, sender’s name, and recipient’s name. We will personalize the gift voucher for you once payment is received.
