Yes. In summer, we are pleased to offer two charging stations in the Mascognaz garage.

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, you may leave your luggage at reception, have lunch, or use the wellness center from 2:00 PM.

The slopes are about 5 km from the hotel. We offer a transfer service every morning at set times, starting at 8:15 AM with a frequency of 30 minutes. We recommend booking the night before to avoid waiting.
While we do not offer ski storage at the hotel, all our guests can use a free ski storage service at Tako Ski Rental.
Yes, pets are allowed with an additional charge of €12 per night. They can access all areas of the hotel except the spa and must always be kept on a leash.
Hotellerie de Mascognaz is an alpine village consisting of 11 chalets. Within these, 27 rooms have been created, divided into different categories:

All rooms in Chalet Etre, Caleutch, and Walser have direct access to the Wellness Center. During winter, breakfast is also served in Chalet Caleutch, while in summer, you can enjoy a pleasant morning walk to the breakfast room in Chalet Lo Miete.
All rooms in Chalet Lo Miete, Chalet Rascard, Chalet Monte Rosa, Chalet Lo Stadel, Chalet Majon, and Chalet Lo Payé are conveniently located near the restaurant, requiring only a short walk to access the wellness area.
The wellness center is open daily from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Upon request, we can also open the wellness center in the morning from 9:00 AM.
No reservation is necessary; the wellness center is accessible during opening hours.
The wellness center features a pool, a jacuzzi, a sauna, a steam bath, and a relaxation room.
Yes, external guests can access the wellness center from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Sunday to Thursday, by reservation.
We offer massage services daily from 2:30 PM to 8:00 PM. We recommend booking in advance due to high demand.
The hotel has two restaurants: Lo Miete and Lo Pejo. Both offer the same service and cuisine but are two separate dining rooms to accommodate all guests.
Lo Pejo restaurant is open for lunch from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM, and dinner is available in both Lo Pejo and Lo Miete from 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM.
